DAY RATES for 2007

All our day rates are calculated on a individual basis. The number of people in the party, the area where we hunt and the length of your stay has an influence on the daily rates that we charge. Please enquire with us for a detailed quote.

Daily rates include the following

All transport on the hunting concession.
Accommodation, it may sometimes be in a tented fly camp .
All meals and drinks (Alcoholic drinks in moderation).
Services of a qualified professional hunter.
Skinners, trackers and camp staff.
Field preparation of trophies.
Transport of your trophies to our taxidermist.
Road transport to the concession
Goverment fees (Tanzania)
Hunting Licence (Tanzania)
Dipping and packing (Tanzania)
Return Air charter (Tanzania)

Excluded from the daily rates.

All air transfers
Air transfers to the concession.
Hotel accommodation before or after the hunt.
Taxidermy fees.
Export cost of your trophy.
Tips to the staff.
Rifle import fees(Tanzania).
Tax on amunition (Tanzania).

Prices may change without notification. Once you have booked, the prices will be fixed in our contract.

Booking your hunt

A 50% non refundable deposit will be payable on booking your hunt. No hunt will be confirmed unless we are in receipt of the deposit. If you cancel your hunt, we are prepared to transfer your deposit for another hunting trip in the same hunting season.

Only bank transfers or cash will be accepted as payment. The balance of the package is payable 60 days before arrival. All packaged DG hunts must be paid in full 60 days before arrival.

We will enter into a formal agreement with you after you booked your hunt before you arrive. Every person hunting with us will have to sign an indemnity.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your hunt more than 180 days before the hunt, you will forfeit 50% of your depeosit. If you cancel less than 180 days before the the start of the hunt you will forfeit the full deposit. We are prepared to transfer the deposit to the next year. Rates will then be based on that year's rates. The deposit can only be transferred once.
